The problem

Stop paying HubSpot to store garbage.

noreply@stripe.com is not a lead. The billing team at AWS is not in your funnel. The CC'd assistant who got looped into one deal is not going to convert. But HubSpot is counting all of them — and charging you for the privilege.

The math is ugly:

  • Professional tier: $270 for every extra 5,000 contacts you accumulate.
  • Two years of inbox-integration accumulation: typically 60–80% noise.
  • Cost of "cleanup day" every quarter: one person, one afternoon, undone within 30 days.

You already know which addresses shouldn't be in your CRM. You've seen them every time you export to CSV and ignored them because there was no way to stop them at the source. Now there is.

The fix

Flowchester is a contact firewall for HubSpot. It blocks garbage at every entry point — forms, email integration, chat, API, workflows — using rules you can audit and override. You install it from the HubSpot Marketplace, connect in 30 seconds, and contacts stop rotting your CRM from day one.

How it works

Three steps. Thirty seconds. Zero ongoing maintenance.

  1. 1

    Install from the Marketplace

One click, OAuth consent, done. No dev work, no SDK, no custom webhooks to configure. Your existing portal is ready in 30 seconds.

  2. 2

    Default rules start blocking immediately

Noreply addresses, bounce replies, CC'd thread participants, common notification senders — the stuff every HubSpot portal accumulates — blocked from minute one. You don't write a single rule.

  3. 3

Add rules for your specific garbage

Every portal has its own noise. Vendor auto-responders, internal Slack bots, specific domains your team gets CC'd on. Add a rule in seconds. No regex required unless you want one.

What you get

Built for HubSpot admins who are tired of cleanup day.

Default rules included

Noreply, bounces, notifications, CC'd recipients, bot senders — blocked out of the box. Zero config to start getting value.

Custom rules for your portal

Match by domain, local-part, sender name, or pattern. Plain-language rule builder — no regex unless you want one.

Every source, not just chat

Forms, email integration, chat, API, workflows. Pro tier covers them all. Most "HubSpot hygiene" tools only catch one source.

Decision log + one-click un-block

Every block is logged with the source, the matching rule, and the contact. Caught a real prospect by mistake? One click un-blocks and restores.

Real-time, not batch

Contacts get blocked the moment HubSpot tries to create them. No "run cleanup nightly". Your CRM stays clean in real time.

Predictable flat pricing

€29 or €99 per portal, per month. No per-contact fees. No per-block fees. No usage surprises.

Pricing

Flat monthly. No per-contact, no per-block, no surprises.

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Uninstall from HubSpot and we lose access immediately.

FAQ

Questions you probably have.

How does Flowchester actually block contacts?

HubSpot fires a webhook every time a contact is created. Our worker receives it, checks the contact against your rules, and if it matches a block rule, deletes the contact from HubSpot — usually within seconds. Short-lived contacts that we remove don't count toward your HubSpot billing tier.

What if you block someone you shouldn't?

Every block is in your decision log. You review, click un-block, contact is restored. You can also disable any rule at any time. No data is silently deleted.

Which HubSpot plans does it work with?

All of them — Starter, Professional, Enterprise. Requires Marketing Hub (we use its Contacts API and webhooks).

What data do you see?

The contact's email, name, and source (where HubSpot says it came from). We don't read emails, deals, notes, or anything else. Contact data is retained in the decision log for 30 days so you can review blocks, then deleted.

How long does setup take?

Install from the marketplace (30 seconds). Connect via OAuth (10 seconds). Default rules start blocking immediately. Custom rules are optional.

Can I test without losing contacts?

The decision log shows every block the moment it happens. If a rule misfires, one click undoes it and restores the contact. You can also install on a HubSpot sandbox portal first and flip rules on for production once you trust them.

What happens if I cancel?

You cancel anytime from the billing portal. Rules stop enforcing immediately. Your decision log stays accessible for 7 days so you can export it. Uninstalling from HubSpot also fully removes our OAuth access.

Is pricing really flat?

Yes. €29/mo Starter or €99/mo Pro per HubSpot portal. No per-contact, per-block, or usage fees. Cancel anytime.

Stop paying for contacts that aren't real.

Install takes 30 seconds. Default rules block the 80% of garbage every HubSpot portal has. Custom rules cover the rest.
