Info that helps us fix things fast

You don't have to share any of this — we'll figure it out either way — but including these details in your first message saves a round trip.

  • Your HubSpot portal ID (visible in the top-right of your dashboard).
  • What you were trying to do — install, create a rule, un-block a contact, etc.
  • What you saw instead — error message, empty screen, wrong data, whatever doesn't match.
  • Approximate time when it happened — helps us find the right entries in our logs.
